For over 70 years we have been helping our members achieve their financial goals. Despite the economy’s turbulent ups and downs over the decades following our inception, we have remained committed to our goal of being a financial institution you can rely on to deliver solid products and services with competitive rates.

Providing financial solutions to meet the needs of our members is paramount. Last year we conducted several surveys to give you, our valued members, an opportunity to provide us with feedback. I am proud to report that Quorum is an institution our members can trust and depend on. The survey results also reiterated that easy, convenient access to your accounts continues to be a priority for you so we worked on streamlining and upgrading our current processes to make this happen. In addition, we introduced External Transfers, a free service that enables members to transfer funds from their Quorum checking account to another financial institution.

Member security also remained a focus. In an effort to reduce the exposure of our member’s personal information and safeguard their accounts, we changed all account numbers based on Social Security or Tax Identification numbers to randomly selected ones.

This year will bring about many changes, all focused on one goal - making your experience with the Credit Union a convenient and rewarding one.
