Senior Management Team

  • Bruno Sementilli, President & CEO

    Bruno began his career with the Credit Union in 1983 in the lending department. His vast industry knowledge has been acquired over the last 25 years through his involvement in virtually every department in the Credit Union. His experience encompasses the gamut of executive leadership roles, including his previous positions as Senior Vice President, and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Bruno’s industry and community involvement has included Board, Trustee and Officer service for Junior Achievement, NY Credit Union Foundation, UsNet Inc., PSCU Strategic Advisory Board and the Credit Union Association of NY.

  • Anne C. Colucci, Senior Vice President of Finance & CFO

    Anne has worked at the Credit Union for over 15 years, beginning her tenure as Controller in 1994, earning a promotion to Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in 2001 and most recently a promotion to Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO. She previously worked for a mid-sized bank in LaGrangeville, NY, and the White Plains office of Ernst & Young.

  • Sue Lapa, Senior Vice President of Operations

    Sue has worked at the Credit Union for over 10 years, beginning her career as the Vice President of Human Resources in 1998. She transitioned to Member Services in 2005 as the Vice President of Member Services before receiving a promotion to Vice President of Member Services and Operations in 2007, followed by a promotion to Senior Vice President of Operations in January 2010. She previously spent 12 years with The Bank of New York.

  • Kimberly Schade, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development

    Kimberly began her career at Quorum in 2004 as the Marketing Director before earning a promotion in 2005 to her current position as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development. Prior to joining Quorum, she honed her marketing expertise in positions with Schott North America in Elmsford, NY as well as Community Bank NA in Syracuse, NY.

  • Glenn Shuster, Vice President of Human Resources & Training

    Glenn began working at the Credit Union in August of 2009. He brings over 13 years of human resources experience, including various positions at Staffing Solutions, Qwest Communications, HBG and Town Sports International. Most recently, Glenn held the position of Partner Resources Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company.

  • George Cacchiani, Vice President of Information Technology

    George joined Quorum in February of 2010. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience with project management, business applications, and technology infrastructure and strategy. Prior to Quorum, George held senior technology management positions at Readers Digest and PepsiCo.
