A Message from our CEO, Bruno Sementilli

Hello members,

It’s a new month, and I wanted to take this time to check in on all of you. I can’t think of anyone who has not been impacted by COVID-19; I am incredibly proud of all members and Quorum staff who are making great efforts to prevent the spread and flatten the curve. For many of you, staying at home—and wearing many different hats—has become the new normal.

Quorum continues to stand by, ready to help make your lives a little easier. Our banking is almost 100 percent self-serve, allowing you to transact when and where you please. But we also have world-class Member Service reps on hand to assist you, especially if you’ve fallen on hard times. Learn more about how we can help below.

I also wanted to alert you to our new COVID-19 section of our Learning Hub, focused on ways to navigate through this pandemic. We’ve included a few articles in the Features section below, but be sure to visit this section for a comprehensive list of COVID-19 articles, and check it regularly for updates and important new information. Our Facebook page is also a great tool to stay informed on the latest news from us.

Thank you for your membership to Quorum. And thank you to our essential workers for their tireless dedication: from workers in healthcare, public protection, sanitation, utilities, transportation, repair, and food services: we appreciate you, and we salute you.

Sincerely,

Bruno Sementilli, CEO

Update:  April 24, 2020

IRS Site Launched

The highly-anticipated, and (highly-trafficked) “Get My Payment” site, launched by the IRS for Americans to check on the status of their Economic Impact Payment, has launched. Visit it to track your payment (you’ll need to enter your Social Security number, date of birth and mailing address).

If you wish to get your money faster (and the payment hasn’t yet been scheduled for delivery), you can input your bank account information to receive the money electronically rather than by paper check. (For that, you’ll need your most recent tax return, the refund or amount owed that year, and the account and routing numbers of your bank account). To learn more about your Economic Impact Payment, please click here.

Quorum has begun receiving stimulus payments; if you have any questions about your deposit, please contact us at (800) 874-5544, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. -7:00 p.m. ET.
