At Quorum, we strive to provide our members with convenient access to our products and services.

ATM's in Accessible Locations

All Quorum-owned ATM's have standard headphone jacks for audible access and Braille keypads.  Our ATM's also meet the height and reach requirements of the ADA.

Personal Assistance

We offer personal assistance with the following:

  • Reading Assistance - Our Member Service Representatives are happy to read and explain appropriate materials to anyone requiring assistance with Quorum-related communications and account access. Please call (800) 874-5544, M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. ET if you require assistance.

  • Transaction Support – Our Member Service Representatives are happy to provide transactional support to anyone requiring assistance.  Please call (800) 874-5544, M-F 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. if you require help with managing your account. Written Communications – We will provide written communications upon request for members with disabilities

Assistance for Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing and Speech-Impaired Customers

Quorum provides customer service accommodations for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing or who have speech impairments. For account information and customer service, we can be reached through “Contact Us” located on the Quorumfcu.org web page.
