Your renovation shouldn't wait for your equity to catch up.

Borrow against what your home will be worth after the work—and fund the whole project, not just a phase.

What is a Renovation HELOC?

Finance your renovation on your home's future value, not yesterday's.

Look into renovation financing and you hit the same wall: lenders only lend against what your home is worth right now.

Quorum’s Renovation HELOC uses your home's after-renovation value (ARV)—what it is worth once the work is complete—to determine your credit line. That's how you fund the full scope, instead of having to scale the project down to fit your current equity.

What are your renovation challenges?

Designed for homeowners planning renovations on their terms.

Features that fund the full vision.

More borrowing power, flexible terms, no refinancing required—built to go beyond a traditional home equity product.

Borrow based on after-renovation value (ARV)

Your credit line is based on your home's post-renovation value, so bigger projects are fully funded.

Up to 95% LTV

Paired with ARV based borrowing, that's maximum borrowing power for the work you're planning.

640 Minimum FICO

Common sense underwriting puts financing within reach without the perfect credit score.

10-year flexible draw period¹

Pull funds as you go. Ideal for phased work or costs that show up mid-project.

20-year repayment period¹

A longer runway keeps monthly payments manageable.

No mortgage refinancing

Keep your current mortgage rate and skip the added PMI cost.
