Transfers

How To:


Desktop:

  1. to online banking.
  2. Under Transfer, click on Transfer to set up one-time or recurring transfers.
  3. Fill out the required fields, then follow the prompts to complete the transfer.

Mobile:

  1. Log in to the mobile banking app.
  2. Click on Transfer, then Make a Transfer.
  3. Fill out the required fields, then follow the prompts to complete the transfer.

Cross-account Access

Quorum Icon Cross Account Transfers

Best For: Transferring money to another Quorum member’s account.
Processing Time: Instant (once set-up is complete).
Service Fees: None
Channels: Online and mobile app.


How To:

Initial set-up is required within online banking (not the mobile app), which could take up to two business days. Once you complete the initial set-up, follow the same steps as Transfers to initiate one-time or recurring transfers.


Here’s how to set it up the first time in online banking:

  1. to online banking.
  2. Under More, click on Other Services.
  3. Click on Additional Services.
  4. Click on Forms, then Request Cross Account Access.
  5. Enter the requested information and click Submit.

    External Transfers

    Best For: Transferring funds to and from your accounts at other financial institutions.
    Processing Time: Varies by financial institution.
    Service Fees: None
    Available In: Online banking and mobile app.


    How To:

    Initial set-up is required. Verifying your external account may be instant or could take up to three business days, depending on whether or not your external account’s financial institution is eligible for Instant Account Verification. Once you complete the initial set-up, follow the same steps as Transfers to initiate one-time or recurring transfers.

    Here’s how to add a new external account the first time:

    1. Log in to online banking or the Quorum mobile banking app.
    2. Click on Transfers under the Transfer menu. In the mobile app, click on Transfer, then Make a Transfer.
    3. Click on Add Account.
    4. Click on Add Account Instantly.
    5. If your external account’s financial institution is ineligible for Instant Account Verification, you will be prompted to return to the Transfers menu to add your external account manually. For instructions on adding your external account manually, please click here.

    Wire Transfers

    Best For: Sending money to recipients that need immediate access to the funds.
     
    Processing Time: 
    – Domestic: The same day for funds sent before 2:30 pm ET.
    – International: 1-2 days.
     
    Service Fees: 
    – Outgoing: Domestic Wires: $20 | Foreign Wires: $45
    – Incoming: None.
     
    Available In: Online banking only.


    How To:

    1.  to online banking.
    2. Under Transfer, click on Wire Transfer.
    3. Click Wire Transfers, then select the type of transfer (domestic/foreign) you’d like to make.
    4. Follow the prompts to complete your request.
    5. Review your information, then click Submit.

    A receipt of your transaction will appear on the screen, and a confirmation letter will also be mailed the next day to your address on file.

    DIRECT DEPOSIT

    Direct Deposit with ClickSWITCH

    Set up or switch direct deposits in a matter of minutes!

    ClickSWITCH is a fully automated account-switching solution that makes it easy for you to quickly and securely switch your recurring direct deposits to a Quorum savings or checking account. It takes about 90 seconds to use ClickSWITCH!

    Here's how:

    Desktop:

    1. to online banking or our mobile banking app.
    2. Under Transfer, click on Direct Deposit (ClickSWITCH),
    3. Click on Open.
    4. Once you’re on the ClickSWITCH home page, click on Switch Direct Deposits then follow these prompts to complete the request.

    Mobile:

    1. Log in to the mobile banking app.
    2. Click on More.
    3. Click on Transfer, then click on Direct Deposit (ClickSWITCH).
    4. Click on Open.
    5. Once you’re on the ClickSWITCH home page, click on Switch Direct Deposits, then follow the prompts to complete the request.

    Once you’ve submitted the request, you will receive an email confirmation from us. We will process your submission within 24 hours and you can log back in to online banking, go back to the ClickSWITCH interface, then click on View Existing Switches to check on the status of your request.

    If your employer does not allow direct deposits via ClickSWITCH: Use our ABA Routing & Transit Number 221981335 and your Quorum checking or savings account information to set up direct deposit with your employer.

    Please use the following account number formats to ensure the funds are deposited/withdrawn appropriately:

    For savings accounts:

    • Provide your account number and suffix without dashes. For example, your account number is 123456 and your savings account suffix is 0000, you would use 1234560000. You can view your suffix(es) in online banking. The suffix is the four-digit number listed after the dash in the number under each account name.

    For checking accounts:

    • Provide the 14-digit account number located on the bottom of your Quorum checks.
