How To Enroll in eStatements

Access your statements online by enrolling in eStatements.

 

Here’s how:

Depending on the products you have with us, you may need to access your statements differently for each product. Choose from the following:


 

For All Savings, IRAs, Checking Statements:

  1. In online banking, select “Statements/Docs” under “Accounts.” In the mobile app, Select “More,” then “Statements/Docs” under “Accounts.”
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Under Document Delivery Settings select the arrow icon located on the right to expand the section.
  4. Select the gear icon.
  5. Select Online and then the Continue button.
  6. Accept the eDocs terms of use then select the Save button.

After you’ve enrolled in eStatements, you’ll no longer receive paper statements.

To obtain statements older than 84 months, please contact our Member Service Team at 1 (800) 874-5544, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m – 7:00 p.m ET who can send you the applicable statements via online banking secure message. (Please note that there is a $10 fee per statement to obtain statements older than 84 months.)

For HELOC Statements:

  1. to online banking.
  2. From the main screen, click on your HELOC account.
  3. Click on the “Make a Payment” tab above the loan transaction history.
  4. Click on “eDocs,” then “Enroll in Alerts.”
  5. Follow the prompts, then accept the disclosures to complete your request.

After you’ve enrolled in eStatements, you’ll be able to access your statements by clicking on “Document Center.” 

For 1st Mortgage Statements:

Step 1: Register for Online Mortgage Access.
You can skip this step if you already have access to our online mortgage center.

  • Log in to your Quorum account at quorumfcu.org.
  • Under “Accounts,” select “First Mortgage” to be directed to the mortgage center.
  • From there, select ‘Register’ to start the registration process. You will need your 10-digit loan number, the last four digits of your Social Security or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and your property’s zip code. Your Loan Account Number: You’ll find this on the upper right corner of your new mortgage statement.

 

Step 2: Enroll in Paperless Billing.

If you’ve already done Step 1 above, you can enroll in Paperless Billing and access your statements online.

  • Log in to your mortgage account by visiting quorumfcu.org and navigating to the mortgage portal or go directly to yourmortgageonline.com.
  • Within the mortgage center, select “Settings,” then “Communications.”
  • Turn on “Paperless Billing” and select “Update.” You will stop receiving your statements via mail.

For Credit Card Statements:

  1. to online banking.
  2. Under Pay, click on “Credit Card.”
  3. Once you’re in the credit card account portal, select “Go Paperless”.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your request.

After you’ve enrolled in eStatements, you’ll be able to access your statements within the credit card account portal by clicking on “Statements and Activity.”

For Student Loan statements, you’ll need to log in to your UAS account.

  • Log in to www.uasconnect.com.
  • Click on “Settings”
  • Click on “Update Document Delivery”
  • Choose “Electronic Delivery,” then check the “Electronic Consent” box.
  • Click “Confirm” to complete your request.
