Here are your payment options.

Online

You have three options available via once you log in to your account:

Option 1:
From the main dashboard, click on your Home Equity Loan, then Manage My Account. Click on Making Payments and follow the prompts to schedule a payment.

Option 2:
Use the Transfers feature by clicking on Transfers from the main dashboard, then transfer funds from a Quorum savings/checking account to your Home Equity Loan.

(If you are transferring funds from another bank (external) account, you’ll need to move the funds from your external account to a Quorum savings/checking account. Click here to learn more about setting up external accounts.)

Option 3*:
Use our FREE Bill Pay service by clicking on Bill Payment from the main dashboard, then Add Payee. Follow the prompts to complete the process (be sure to use the payment details provided in your monthly HELOC statement.)

*This service requires a Quorum checking.

1st Mortgage Payments

1st Mortgage Payments

When you applied for your 1st mortgage with us, you set up your automatic monthly payments with Quorum during the closing process. Your monthly payment is scheduled to be debited out of the account you chose.

However, if you did not already set up automatic monthly payments at closing or if you’re looking to make additional payments, here are your payment options:

Online

Log in to your mortgage account at YourMortgageOnline.com.
If you’re accessing this site for the first time, you’ll need your loan number (provided in the Transfer of Servicing letter you received from our servicing partner, DMI, LLC.), your SSN (Last 4 digits) / TIN (9999 format), and your property’s zip code. 

From the main dashboard, click on Payments. Once you get to the Payments screen, you’ll be able to set up one-time or recurring, automatic payments.

Via Phone (automated)

Call  (866) 301-0137.

You will need your loan number and mailing address on file.

Via Mail

Send check payments to the address noted on your statements.

Quorum’s Mortgage Center lets you set up one-time or monthly payments, view a full breakdown of your mortgage and escrow transactions, download important documents (like your tax forms), access the mortgage learning center, chat with our online representatives, send secure messages, and so much more!

Here are your payments options.

Online

Option 1: Use the Loan Payments Portal.

This is the easiest, most convenient way to make your monthly payments. Quorum’s Loan Payments Portal lets you set up one-time or recurring payments, manage alerts, review your payment history, and save up to three funding accounts and three debit cards. We make it easy for you set up your Loan Payments Portal profile so you’ll never have to worry about missing a payment!

Please note, one-time payments via this channel will incur a convenience fee of $1.95. To avoid incurring convenience fees every time you make a payment, set up recurring payments via our Loan Payments Portal!

Option 2: to online banking.

Use our Transfers feature to set up one-time or recurring payments to your loan via our online or mobile banking service. Click on Transfers from the main dashboard, then transfer funds from a Quorum savings/checking account to your Home Equity Loan.

(If you are transferring funds from another bank (external) account, you’ll need to move the funds from your external account to a Quorum savings/checking account. Click here to learn more about setting up external accounts.)

If you haven’t logged into online banking before, you’ll need to register for online/mobile banking here.

You’ll need your zip code, your member number and the four digit suffix number of the loan you are paying. If you do not have this information, please call (800)874-5544 and one of our agents can assist you. You will be charged a convenience fee of $1.95 for using this service.

Here are your payment options.

Online You have two options available via online banking once you log in to your account:

Option 1: Make a payment via the credit card payment site.

Under Quick Links, click on “Make a credit card payment.”
If you’ve never accessed this link before, you will be brought to a registration screen. Follow the prompts to register your card.

If you’ve accessed this link in the past, you will be redirected to the Credit Card only section of online banking. Once there, click on “Add a new card” under Quick Links, then follow the prompts to add your new card.

Once you’ve registered/added your new card, you can start making payments to your card. You can choose to make one-time or recurring payments.

Option 2: Make a payment using the Transfer function.
From the main dashboard, click on Transfer, then transfer funds from an existing Quorum account to your Quorum credit card.

All Other Loans

For all other loans, we have several options you can choose from.

Online/Mobile Banking Use the Transfers feature to pay your loans. This service is available in both online banking and our mobile app.

To transfer funds from your account at another financial institution, you’ll need to set up an external account by logging in to online banking. Once logged in, click on Transfers from the dashboard, then click on “Add account.” Follow the prompts to add an external account. It may take up to three days for your external account to appear.

Once your account has been added, you will see the account listed in the “To Account” and “From Account” drop-downs in the Transfers feature. Then, schedule your one-time or recurring external transfer directly to your loan account.

Mobile Deposits

Download our Android or iOS app from your smart phone.

Use our app to deposit your check into your Quorum checking or savings account, then use the Transfers feature to make payments to your loan.
