Transfers

Best For: Transferring money between your own Quorum accounts.
Processing Time: Instant.

Available In: Online banking and mobile app.

How to:

  1. Log in to online banking or our mobile banking app.
  2. Click on Transfers to set up one-time or recurring transfers.

Cross-account Access

Best For: Transferring money to another Quorum member’s account.
Processing Time: Instant (once set-up is complete).
Service Fees: None
Channels: Online and mobile app.

How to:

Initial set-up is required, which could take up to two business days. Once you complete the initial set-up, follow the same steps as Transfers to initiate one-time or recurring transfers.

Here’s how to set it up the first time in online banking:

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Select More, then Additional Services.
  3. Click on Forms, then Request Cross Account Access.
  4. Enter the requested information and click Submit.

External Transfers

Best For: Transferring funds to and from your accounts at other financial institutions.
Processing Time: Varies by financial institution.
Service Fees: None
Available In: Online banking and mobile app.

How to:

Initial set-up is required, which could take up to two business days. Once you complete the initial set-up, follow the same steps as Transfers to initiate one-time or recurring transfers.

Here’s how to set it up the first time:

  1. Log in to online banking or our mobile app.
  2. Click on Transfers, then Add an External Account.
  3. Enter the requested information, then click Save.
  4. Follow the account verification instructions to complete the set-up.

Wire Transfers

Best For: Sending money to recipients that need immediate access to the funds.
 
Processing Time: 
– Domestic: The same day for funds sent before 2:30 pm ET.
– International: 1-2 days.
 
Service Fees: 
– Outgoing: Domestic Wires: $20 | Foreign Wires: $45
– Incoming: None.
 
Available In: Online banking only.

How to:

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. From the Dashboard, click Wire Transfers.
  3. Click Wire Transfers again, then select the type of transfer (domestic/foreign) you’d like to make.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your request.
  5. Review your information, then click Submit.

A receipt of your transaction will appear on the screen, and a confirmation letter will also be mailed the next day to your address on file.
